There were thousands of people taking pictures of it. It would be difficult for them to stop any of us from taking pictures.

thanks very much! Shooting this demo at sunset was challenging. You definitely get the best Afterburner shots, but it blurs out a lot of shots.

:3 Love the F-22. Can't wait for the F-35 to go operational, since they are suppose to complement each other in combat.

P.S. Your avatar made me lol.

Still don't like the F-22 personally, but this is one great shot. Good job.

Your welcome! I am soon, hoping to get a Nikkor 70-300 4.5-5.6 VR II lens for my D50 which will be great for low light shots! Here near Anchorage I see F-22's all the time. There are a few places I know of but which I haven't been yet that are great vantage points for watching the jet jockies buzz around.

Hi!

Amazing work, a real bullseye-shot...!

Excuse the noobing, but what country makes the Raptors?

You should definitely come to Bodø some day, the F-16`s touching and going on the strip just outside the city-core makes a lot of very cool motives... And they fly real low when inbound, some day I will manage to get a great shot of these metal-eagles coming in for supper.

Ok, the F-16 might be scruffy-looking, but they can get really angry if you try to chase them away using a Russian Blackjack-paper or something... :-) BZZZZZZ! haha

When the roar from the afterburners rumbles over the city late at night, we all know that some Russian test-run is happening right outside Norway`s territorial borders in the north-sea. And the F-16`s follow them all the way down to Scotland where fresh and eager hunters from the UK take over the "neighborhood-watch"... Pretty cool to think about, I say...

Peace!

Sand :-)
